Government Case Study
With a growing community and older public buildings, the City of Temecula, located in the Southern California wine country, was in need of a public space that would make a difference in the community.
The project challenges were many; from accommodating existing city workers and officials, to envisioning the space needed to serve Temecula for many years to come. Temecula was also seeking a catalyst to bring people back to, and stimulate private development in, the Old Town area of the city. However, being a public building, the biggest challenge would be to build and furnish a new City Hall that citizens would embrace.
