Abi Rogers
Sales Support
Abi Rogers joined Grooms Office Environments in 2026 as a member of the Sales Support team. Prior to joining Grooms, Abi worked at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, where she helped entrepreneurs and small business owners launch, grow, and strengthen their businesses through the Missouri Small Business Development Center. She also spent four years working with a historic real estate development team, gaining valuable experience in project coordination and client support.
Abi earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Missouri Southern State University. She also completed Leadership Joplin in 2025, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and community leadership.
Inspired by the quote, "See a need, fill a need," Abi brings a service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
