Allison Yates

Allison joined Grooms in 2025 and now serves as a Designer, specializing in space planning, furniture and finish selections, and design development. Originally from Ozark, Missouri, Allison attended Missouri State University, where Allison began a career with Grooms as a Design Intern before transitioning to a full-time Designer role after graduating in 2026.

Allison holds a B.S. in Interior Design & Construction with a minor in Art from Missouri State University. Inspired by the idea that life is often shaped by its smallest moments, Allison approaches design with careful attention to detail, believing that thoughtful decisions help create meaningful and memorable experiences within a space.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys crafting and spending time with cats, Junie and Hobbs. A fun fact: Allison previously worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
