Grace Dixon

As the Receptionist at Grooms Office Environments, Grace helps greet our guests, answer phones, and provide administrative support. She ensures a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service for all clients and visitors.

As a Springfield native, Grace graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Electronic Media, Marketing and Biblical Studies.

Before joining Grooms, she worked for O'Reilly Auto Parts, managing company and product reviews as well as Google listings for the Digital Marketing department. Following that, Grace worked for Buc-ee's where she co-managed the Gift Department specializing in merchandising and product presentation.

Sharing the values of putting family first and investing in the Springfield community, Grace was ecstatic to join the Grooms team to be able to align her personal and professional missions.
