Grooms started in Springfield, Missouri in 1977 as a two-person filing company. Today we're an award-winning, full-service commercial furniture dealership that has worked with more than 1,000 clients nationwide, with deep roots across Southwest Missouri and the Tri-State Area.
Founder Olin Grooms, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps, led the company for more than 37 years. On January 1, 2015, Jonathan and Audrey Garard took ownership. Audrey worked at Grooms for 10 years before the transition, rising from Sales Representative to Chief Operating Officer. Jonathan still serves in the Army Reserves, training soldiers in Civil Military Operations, and continues Grooms' legacy as a veteran-owned business.
Several of our team members have been with Grooms for more than 20 years. That depth of experience, paired with new faces and fresh ideas, is what we bring to every project in the Tri-State Area.
