Kailyn Guck
As a Designer at Grooms Office Environments, Kailyn contributes to a wide range of projects from interior finish selections and design development to schematic design and construction documentation. Her role also includes space planning, furniture layout, and creating design boards that reflect both the client’s vision and budget. She’s passionate about curating environments that are both functional and beautiful, ensuring every detail aligns with the overall design intent.
Originally from Northwest Missouri, Kailyn moved to Springfield to attend Missouri State University, where she earned her B.S. in Interior Design with a minor in Construction Management. She began her journey with Grooms as a senior-year intern and transitioned into a full-time role shortly after graduation.
To Kailyn, design is a form of expression. It has the power to shape how we feel, think, and connect. She is passionate about using creativity, resources, and expertise to help people express themselves through spaces that make a lasting impact. She is a firm believer in no limits, thinking outside the box, and saying “why not!". She is inspired by people who live authentically and lead with kindness, and she hopes Her work encourages others to do the same—to create, connect, and live fully.
Outside of my work, she enjoys a good DIY Project, travelling, and being anywhere by the water. Her ideal evening consists of live music, good food, and good company!
