As the Design Director, Lisa leads and manages a talented team of designers, overseeing the creation of innovative furniture specification and space planning projects across Southwest Missouri and nationwide. With over two decades of experience at Grooms Office Environments, her leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping the company's design philosophy and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and relaxing at the beach.
