As the Support Director at Grooms Office Environments, Maggie oversees the day-to-day operations of our support services involving sales, design, order entry, and installation.  She collaborates cross-departmentally and provides guidance to draft, develop, execute, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure complete workflow efficiency. Being the Support Director has allowed her to utilize both the right and left sides of her brain.  While she enjoys crossing t’s and dotting i’s, she’s grateful to have creative outlets within the role, too. 

Maggie graduated from Missouri State University with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She joined our company in July of 2018.  Prior to that, she worked at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium as a member of the Aquatic Animal Life Support Team.
