Natalie Oursbourn

As a Senior Designer at Grooms Office Environments, Natalie partners with clients and internal teams to create spaces that support how people work, gather, and experience a brand. With nearly two decades of experience in interior design and creative leadership, she brings both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise to each project.

She enjoys guiding projects from early concept through final installation, with a focus on thoughtful space planning, finish coordination, and client collaboration. Her background includes working with architecture and design teams in Missouri and also Barcelona, Spain, which continues to influence her people-centered approach to commercial spaces.

Outside of the studio, Natalie enjoys travel, creative pursuits, and making memories with her family.
