She specialized in regulatory compliance for nursing and order processing. Nicki attended several ACHC accreditation classes and conferences, which strengthened her understanding of regulatory standards. This background allows her to assist healthcare clients when considering space planning and furniture solutions, ensuring their facilities meet both functional and regulatory needs.
In her free time, Nicki loves spending time with her family, especially attending dirt track races and rodeos. She enjoys being outdoors and is passionate about supporting individuals with special needs, always striving to make a positive impact both at work and in her community.
