Grooms Office Environments undertook a significant project with Prime Inc., the largest refrigerated trucking company in North America. This project focused on the Prime Inc. headquarters in Springfield, MO, which serves as the central hub for the majority of the company's employees. Given the nature of the trucking industry, the headquarters experiences a constant flow of traffic from both drivers and employees around the clock.
Understanding the need for a workspace that supports continuous operations, Grooms Office Environments worked diligently to design an open and bright atmosphere that fosters communication and innovation. The goal was to create a space that not only meets the demands of a bustling office but also enhances employee well-being and productivity.
As Prime Inc. continues to experience substantial growth, the company recognized the need for additional office space. This led to the construction of the new "Z Building" which features state-of-the-art ergonomic solutions. The building is equipped with Herman Miller Embody chairs and sit-to-stand desks, providing employees with the flexibility to move and adjust their workstations throughout the day. These features are designed to promote a healthier and more dynamic work environment, aligning with Prime Inc.'s commitment to innovation and employee satisfaction.
