We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated person to join our dynamic Sales Support team. This role is one of frequent and thorough communication along with meticulous and diligent tasks in a team setting. This individual will work closely with the sales and design, order entry, and installation teams, as well as brand representatives, contract specialists, and our clients and customers to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is intended for someone who thrives in a focused and systematic environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to both internal personnel and external partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and design team to provide administrative and operational support

  • Ensure all inquiries and orders are handled promptly

  • Partner with brand representatives to ensure accuracy of product specification and pricing

  • Handle specific discounting and cooperative contracts

  • Prepares sales contracts, quotations, and other documentation for the sales and design team

  • Ensure all paperwork related to customer transactions is completed accurately

  • Organize and prepare internal documents for order entry

  • Create detailed installation reports

  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs

  • Suggest solutions in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or other similar field of study is preferred; a combination of education and applicable professional experience will be considered

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

  • Strongly skilled in data entry, organization, systems and processes, and customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in any environment

  • Demonstrates ability to assist sales and design team with additional work as needed
