As the Warranty Specialist for Grooms Office Environments, Nathan oversees all of the warranty requests and manages the warehouse ensuring that products are organized and ready for our Installation & Service Team. He works with manufacturers to replace or repair commercial furniture that falls within the relevant warranty period.

Nathan joined our company in September 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in shipping and receiving as well as management experience in retail, manufacturing, and food service. He graduated from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Pastoral Theology. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed multiple courses in lean manufacturing.

Nathan is the Vice president of ATOP Outdoors which is a non-profit organization that specializes in helping people with disabilities get active in sports and the outdoors. It is ATOP's desire to come along side other great organizations, youth, wounded warrior veterans, or any individuals by providing them with adaptive equipment for sporting and recreational adventures.

Fun Facts about Nathan:

Nathan loves all things hockey! His son plays in the Mite Hockey program through Jordan Valley Ice Park in Springfield, MO. His family supports the Missouri State University Hockey team, and his son has never missed a D1 home game in 6 years. Outside of hockey life, he likes the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. He also makes cutting boards with his son as well as lures (both flies and crankbaits) for fishing.
