CoxHealth expanded its commitment to rural healthcare with the opening of a new state of the art hospital in Monett, Missouri, in January 2021. The 100,000 square foot facility was thoughtfully designed to serve the growing healthcare needs of Monett and the surrounding communities. Built from the ground up, the hospital features 18 medical-surgical patient rooms, 7 labor and delivery rooms, and an attached clinic with 42 exam rooms, providing patients with access to a wide range of healthcare services in one convenient location.
Grooms Office Environments partnered with BSA LifeStructures and CoxHealth to furnish the facility with solutions tailored to the unique needs of each department. Working closely with hospital staff and project stakeholders, our team helped create functional, comfortable, and efficient spaces throughout surgery, labor and delivery, emergency care, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology, food services, and outpatient clinic areas. The result is a modern healthcare environment designed to support exceptional patient care, improve staff workflows, and provide lasting value to the communities CoxHealth serves.
