Mid-Missouri Bank's new headquarters and 13th retail banking location, which opened in October 2020, was designed to reflect the institution's commitment to innovation, exceptional customer service, and long term growth. The facility combines modern architecture, energy efficient design, and thoughtfully planned interiors to create a welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Working closely with Buxton Kubik Dodd Creative, the project emphasized open communication, collaboration, and a seamless banking experience throughout the building.
Grooms Office Environments partnered with the design team and bank leadership to furnish the space with solutions that support both functionality and aesthetics. The customer facing lobby features Logiflex desking, while the employee work areas are equipped with Herman Miller Vista furnishings that promote productivity and flexibility. The result is a contemporary workplace that aligns with Mid-Missouri Bank's vision and serves as a standout addition to the community.
