Burrell Behavioral Health - South Creek

It has been refreshing to partner with Burrell Behavioral Health while they take an existing space and truly make it their own. We assisted Burrell in their furniture selection and specifications for their new office space. In the private offices, we used National, Tessera casegoods and a combination of National and Herman Miller products for the collaborative spaces. We had fun getting creative with their branding colors by implementing custom wallpaper and colorful fabrics. This project also has some great examples of how sophisticated a space can look. Good Samaritan Boys Ranch

Footsteps Transitional Living is a program of the Good Samaritans Boys Ranch that helps equip, engage, and support young men ages 16 - 21 as they transition out of foster care and onto their own. Recently, they expanded their operations by adding single and group therapy rooms, offices to house foster care workers, and apartments for the young men transitioning out of GSBR care. By using some new design concepts and furniture, we were able to create a space that was inviting for all. Furniture specifications and finishes by Grooms Office Environments.

Jasper County Juvenile Services Center

With the project completing in early 2019, Jasper County filled the need of replacing an outdated facility with this center to combine and promote pedestrian and staff circulation between county facilities in the downtown area. This facility houses a courtroom, detention center, alternate education programs side and administrative offices which fulfills many of the the County’s essential needs in one building. Volt Credit Union

Volt Credit Union, previously known as Community Financial Credit Union, took a stand mid-2018 in becoming “not your average bank”. Through rebranding, a new color scheme and a new building on the South side, they are changing the way you bank. Starting April 2019, they are officially open for business and ready to serve the community. Central Bank - West Sunshine Location

This new Central Bank location was completed in late 2018 in Springfield, MO. Central Bank has more than 140 locations across the Midwest. All interior finishes and furniture specification completed and installed by Grooms Office Environments in partnership with Sam Winn Architects.

Legacy Bank

The administrative offices for Legacy Bank completed in early 2019. Since Legacy Bank and Trust opened in 1907, it has been committed to providing the best in banking for citizens looking for a trusted local partner. Guaranty Bank - Farmers Park Location

Completed in early 2018, Guaranty Bank new headquarters building forges a new way of banking. The building design and architecture were completed by LEVEL5 LLC and Praxis3 out of Atlanta. Christian County Library-Nixa, MO Branch

We really enjoyed working with the Christian County Library the create the spaces throughout this branch in Nixa, MO! Featuring Indie lounge furniture by JSI, the furniture worked to compliment the interior finishes and offers comfort and convenience for all patrons visiting the branch. Architecture and interior finishes by Sapp Design.

Andy's Frozen Custard Headquarters

Andy’s Frozen Custard is a staple in Springfield, MO (and a favorite of the Grooms employees). So, when Andy approached us to help furnish his new home office alongside Hufft Architectures we were excited to do so. The historic renovation of a downtown building, and the selected modern furniture turned out wonderful. Grooms is happy to have been a part of this project! Andy's Frozen Custard is a chain of United States frozen custard stores with over 85 locations in 14 states. The first Andy’s stand was opened in 1932 in Osage Beach, Missouri, and the company’s headquarters are located in Springfield, MO.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks

We were honored to be part of this project for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports impactful matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through 18. They develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of youth. And by doing that, they create meaningful change in our community.

Intuitive Web Solutions

Grooms has had the pleasure of working with Intuitive Web Solutions, also known as BriteCore, since they furnished their original office space on Olive Street in downtown Springfield. They came to us looking for two office desks and ended up expanding their office space so quickly it was hard to keep up. Once they saw what Herman Miller Resolve could do with their space by offering a look that was as innovative as the insurance software they provide to their clients, there was no looking back for the space that we were able to create with their open mind and willingness to try a system furniture that was fairly new to the industry. Open office environments play a vital role in the communication in the office space, this allows employees to be able to work together more efficiently. Being able to work with clients that have a vision to create a space for their employees to be able to function in an open office environment is a great privilege.

Cast Executive+Work+Space

Grooms Office Environment recently completed a project working with CAST located in Farmers Park in Springfield, MO. The CAST Co+Work+Space is conveniently situated on the ground floor of Farmers Park Building B. With easy access in an incredible location, this workspace offers an upbeat atmosphere with natural light, multiple art instillations, noise-proof meeting rooms and an inviting social area for small events. This project utilizes several great commercial furniture options including the Madrid lounge seating from OFS, Swoop lounge seating from Herman Miller, and Setu office chairs from Herman Miller.

Prime Inc. Headquarters

Grooms Office Environments recently completed a large project with the largest refrigerated trucking carrier in North America, Prime Inc. The Prime Inc. headquarters in Springfield, MO houses the majority of the company’s employees and experiences a high volume of walk-through traffic from drivers and employees 24/7. Trucking never stops and either can these offices so we worked hard to create an open and bright atmosphere which promotes communication and innovation. Prime has continued to see large growth and built a new building to accomodate the need for more office space. Featured in their new “Z Building” are the ergonomic Herman Miller Embody chairs and sit-to-stand desks to facilitate the option for movement during the employee workday.

Dynamic DNA

As a multidisciplinary laboratory, with expertise in research, genetics, and DNA artwork, Dynamic DNA helps clients in Springfield and beyond. Founder, Austin O’Reilly, came to Grooms Office Environment with a great vision in mind. Ready to push the envelope, he taught us a few things and was joy to work with!

Working together with Austin we were able to create a space that was modern and promotes creativity and collaboration. When employees need to escape and think without distractions, they can find peace and quiet behind their desk. Each desk was made using Herman Miller Canvas. If they need to bounce ideas off each other the ‘think tank’ is a great place to meet. Using KI’s My Way seating we were able to create an awesome modern space with several amenities to offer. We enjoyed creating this space around a colorful, unique environment!
